As tailored as it gets! We make your protocols based off YOUR goals, your needs, your body & where you are currently. Your nutritional protocols & training program are 100% unique to you. 

Do you tell me what to eat?

Absolutely not!

Our goal is to truly teach you the ins and outs of proper nutrition. Telling you exactly what to eat & how much is not only restrictive but it's not helpful. We give you nutritional protocol specific to your goals, while helping you improve your nutritional quality & balance through feedback on what YOU actually eat.  Don't worry, you'll have endless recipes, snack & meal ideas, grocery lists & other inspo for ideas. 

When do we start?

ASAP! You get access to course material, the community & support the moment you sign up. Your coach will onboard you at the earliest convenience & your program will officially start the beginning of the following week. 

What if I'm busy, something comes up, or I can't give it my all?

We have a variety of payment options offering anything from paid in full to extended payment plans & financing options. Once your application is approved, we will help you find a breakdown that works best  for you.

Who does FreelyFit work with?

We are a 100% women owned, operated & coached team. 

Our team works with women from every stage of life from teens, young adults, women preparing to conceive, pregnant women, post pregnancy and post menopausal. 

Do you offer refunds?

Nope! We give you all the support, tools & guidelines to be successful. It is your responsibility to apply them. If something isn't working, your coach will work with you to find a solution that does.
