"I'm not sure I'm capable" turned bloat free baddie

We know what it's like to feel like your body is against you. Like maybe the fit healthy lifestyle isn't in the cards for you. Olivia felt the same. She's an overnight nurse, working long hours, PCOS, limited time & running off fumes.

We've gone through a break up, cross country move, job changes & a whole lotta LIFE together but not one time did that ever stop her from reaching her goals.

She's eating 1200+ cal more PER DAY, following a 3 day structured training split and her progress speaks volumes.

Best part? We haven't even entered a fat loss phase yet!!!

Down 30lbs & ditched her meds

Maddie came into our coaching program as a beginner who wanted to get stronger, develop killer form, improve her relationship with food, and lose body fat without feeling restricted. We spent the first several months laying the framework for an incredible physical & mental transformation by focusing on her sleep, overall calorie intake, and movement outside of the gym. As a client who grew up in a chronic dieting household, it felt freeing to know that ALL foods fit, but of course – wasn’t easy. We spent a lot of time rewiring our self talk & learning how to pivot when the going got tough.

Now sitting 30lbs down, she’s successfully transitioned off several medications, improved her form & consistency in AND outside of the gym, and exhibits true food freedom, all while navigating a job transition, surgery, seasons of mental health struggles, and side effects from coming off of her medications. We’ve even tried several new fruits & veggies – something she didn’t think was possible for her before joining!

Jaucalyn came into Team FF ready af to get started with a deficit after putting herself through her own bulking phase prior to starting. She had done the heavy lifting of spending time out of a cutting phase so she could successfully build muscle, and that she did! She & coach Kae began their first deficit where Jauc lost 20lbs which you’ll see below!

From there, they went into another muscle building phase where she gained 15lbs and maintained a 5lb loss from her first deficit. However, she looks INCREDIBLY different. The power of body recomposition, baby!

Now, we’re post second building phase & a mild deficit, halfway through her second formal deficit & up 3lbs from her previous low with a LOT more muscle.

Food fear to food freedom

Like many women, Madi came into our program struggling with fear around food & weight gain. Disordered eating had led to losing her period & her social life was sacrificed for physical results. While her goal was to build muscle, she was constantly fighting the fear of getting bigger.

She’s now eating 700+ more calories a day, finally getting to enjoy her life outside of the gym and her appearance. She goes out to eat with friends, tries new foods every week, and takes fully untracked meals.

We've really put the "less is more" approach to the test and the results speak for themself.

It’s been a hard and long road but Madi is the definition of a hard worker.

Balancing work, a masters program & motherhood while dropping over 20lbs

Jasmine came in feeling frustrated with not making progress and ready to find what actually worked for her. She’s a mom, works full time and was going to school getting her masters. She really wanted to find balance, build confidence, lose body fat, improve her relationship with food and not feel guilty around food overall. A year later and we did just that with increasing her intake almost 400 cals, going through a fat loss phase and having routines that give her time with her family & school. She’s down 20+lbs and inches taken off around her waist, arms and legs!
